Harbor and Coastal Video Monitoring System
A digital map based video navigation system for Port, Harbor, Waterside and Coastal Security.  Each system consists of up to 8 rugged RVC-4 pan-tilt-zoom cameras, one VCS-4 Video Controller Server and wireless or cable connections for each camera to the VCS-4.
